If I buy a grande cappucino, I hope no fresh-faced server tries to chat me up about the great new movie at the theatre. My level of cynicism is already pretty high, but stealth marketing from a barista may put me over the top.
I might take hostages, and force them to listen to pitches for hip, edgy products being imported by a friend of my cousin…
